- No Refund Policy: All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of handmade items and artworks, refunds are not offered. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
- Pricing and Quality: The price and quality of the artwork or item are determined solely by the artist/maker. Factors such as time, complexity, and materials will influence both the final quality and price.
- Payment Terms: By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are paying for the time, creativity, and craftsmanship involved in creating the piece, not the resale value of the materials. The price reflects the labor, design, and artistic effort.
- Custom Orders: For custom orders, please provide clear and detailed instructions. Any changes made after the order is confirmed may affect the delivery time and pricing.
- Delivery & Shipping: Ensure the delivery or pickup location address is correct. I offer hand delivery of items within 30 minutes of New Lenox IL, or within a reasonable distance. Please contact me to arrange for the best delivery option. For non-local deliveries, I am not responsible for errors or delays caused by shipping carriers.
- Licensed Character Artwork: If you request an item featuring a licensed character, I will create an artistic rendition that complies with resale guidelines and copyright laws to avoid infringement. The final piece will be an original interpretation, not an exact replica of the character. Customers must provide fabric for any licensed or copyrighted materials, with the cost of the blanket or item reflecting only the time and assembly of the piece.
- Quality Assurance: While I strive to ensure the highest quality in all my work, handmade items may feature slight variations. These differences are not defects, but rather characteristics of the handmade process. Please allow for minor discrepancies from product images or descriptions.
